By enrolling in our membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Access to Patterns: As a member, you will have access to exclusive crochet patterns that are only available to members of our program. These patterns are the property of our company and are protected by copyright laws. You are granted a limited license to use the patterns for personal use only. Download limits are in place to prevent misuse.
- Prohibited Sharing: You agree not to share, distribute, or sell any of the crochet patterns or other materials provided through our membership program to anyone else, including but not limited to individuals or websites. This includes sharing the patterns online, through social media platforms, or any other digital or printed means.
- Membership Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time, without notice, if we suspect that you have violated our terms and conditions. In the event of termination, you will forfeit any rights to use the patterns or materials provided through our program.
- Intellectual Property Rights: All intellectual property rights related to the crochet patterns, designs, and other materials provided through our program belong to our company. You agree not to use our intellectual property for any commercial or non-commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
- Disclaimer of Warranties: Our crochet patterns and materials are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the patterns or materials will meet your expectations or that they will be error-free or uninterrupted.
- Limitation of Liability: Our company shall not be liable for any damages arising out of your use or inability to use the crochet patterns or materials provided through our membership program, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- By signing up, you are entering a rolling membership and your monthly or yearly subscription will continue until you cancel.
- If you wish to cancel your membership, please email help@bellacococrochet.com and we will be happy to assist you and will endeavour to respond within 3 working days. Please be aware we need 10 working days notice before your next payment is due. Due to the nature of the membership, refunds cannot be given.
- We are unable to issue refunds for digital downloads (purchased from bellacococrochet.com or any affiliated store/website) of Bella Coco patterns or resources that are also included as part of membership to The Crochet Community.
